Program Philosophy

At the heart of my program lies a philosophy rooted in holistic leadership—a belief that to truly excel as a principal, one must first nurture the person behind the title.

I understand that the demands of leadership extend far beyond the school gates, encompassing both professional and personal realms.

That's why my approach goes beyond traditional leadership training to embrace the full spectrum of your being.

I'm committed to supporting not just your career aspirations, but also your physical and psychological well-being. Because I know that a healthy, balanced leader is better equipped to inspire, empower, and lead with authenticity and impact.

What Others Say

"Participating in the Learning Leaders Circle under the mentorship and coaching of Trudy Graham has been one of the most rewarding professional learning experiences of my leadership journey. Her calm presence, insight, and capacity to ask just the right question have helped each of us navigate our own leadership paths more confidently and intentionally. The Learning Leaders Circle is not just professional development—it is leadership sustenance.

Honi Mauro Principal, Warrill View State School

“I just thought, I don't know if I can fit in one more thing. Turns out, it was the thing I needed most of all. It gave me permission to say no to lots of things and saved me time on others. It helped me prioritise and take control of tasks I’d honestly thought were unachievable. As a small school principal, everything competes for your time, but I now absolutely quarantine time for these sessions.”

Nita Tilney Principal, Nagoorin State School

“I wanted a space where I could step out of the day-to-day demands and engage in deeper reflection on my leadership. Being part of the Circle was incredibly grounding and energising. There was a real sense of safety and trust in the group, which made it easy to be honest about the realities of the role. Working with Trudy has honestly been one of the most grounding and inspiring experiences in my leadership journey.”

Rebecca Reid Principal, Ridgelands State School

About Your Mentor

Trudy Graham

At 24, I became a teaching principal in one of Queensland’s most remote schools. Over the past 30 years, I’ve led schools in rural and regional areas and served 8 years as an Assistant Regional Director.

I've coached over 140 school leaders, designed learning experiences for curious and committed educators, and created learning communities that lift performance. I now specialise in AI-leveraged, human-centred leadership — equipping principals to navigate complexity with clarity, strategy, and heart.

I can’t wait to support you in your leadership journey.

The next cohort commences in July.
