Drop a pebble into a still pond and watch the ripples spread across the water. Each tiny ripple starts small but expands into larger and larger circles that extend far beyond the initial point of contact.

As John C. Maxwell said, “Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less.” Leadership doesn’t require a title or position. It’s about having influence and impact. 

We influence others in our daily lives, whether we realize it or not. Your words, actions, and example shape others. 

Even small acts can make a big impact.

The key is being intentional. Make the most of each interaction and relationship. 

Consider your influence in your immediate circle – your family members, friends, and coworkers. With more intentional effort, you can extend your influence to your community or industry. Great leaders continue to grow their influence through organizations, movements, or even worldwide impact. 

Leadership ability grows incrementally. Start by leading in small ways and your influence will expand.
