What qualities do you notice?

For me, two women in the past week showed courage, confidence and absolute conviction for their work, who they help and how they can make an impact. They inspired me, and I told them so.

Curiously, even though they were talking about themselves, the emphasis was on the greater good. You could hear their vision and how they use their strengths and talents to influence. There was a distinct focus on service to others.

I value these leadership qualities and will reflect on them further as the week unfolds.
